Brief description of the tools:

Traceroute traces the route from otala.com (204.11.230.217) to the destination
Whois contacts InterNIC and attempts to find out registration information of the target, usually a domain, person or a name server
JWhois automatically handles redirects and CIDR block queries globally
NSLookup attempts to resolve a given target name IP address
Ping tests access and connection speed to a given target (host name or IP address)
DNSWalk verifies the DNS configuration of a given target (usually a domain or subdomain name)
NetStat shows the local network connections, no parameters needed
ENUM e164.org phone number lookup, enter your phone number (e.g. "1 408 773-9689")
